What data we process and why
When you send the demo form we process the data you type: nursery name, your name, email, phone (if you give it), town or city, approximate number of children and message.
The purpose is to handle your request, send you a confirmation email and answer you to arrange the demonstration. We do not store your IP address with the request.
Legal basis
Your consent, given by ticking the privacy box and sending the form (article 6.1.a GDPR), and the taking of pre-contractual steps at your request (article 6.1.b).
Recipients
We do not pass your data to third parties unless the law requires it. The owner's hosting and email providers have access to it as processors, only to provide their service.
Retention
We keep your request while we handle it and, if no business relationship follows, for up to twelve months after the last contact. Then it is deleted.
Your rights
You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and portability, and withdraw your consent at any time, by writing to peticion@agendadigitalinfantil.com.
If you think your data is not being handled properly, you can lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD): https://www.aepd.es.
